Carers , Let`s talk about Bipolar

after seeing Topic Tuesday // Let's Talk About Bipolar // Tues 23rd March, 7:00-8:30PM AEDT

I thought it would be great to open a new thread on the Carer`s side of the forum

so we can share our stories, our experiences including daily hints and tips and to encourage each other every day

We also have a Tread called Let`s talk about Bipolar on the Lived Experience side of the forum which is full of great insights

Hello my name is @Shaz51 and my husband has had lots of different diagnosis throughout his life and now has been put on Medications for Bipolar 2
