rough time

Re: rough time

thank you @Bella1978 Heart

its hard to find a balance in there sometimes isnt it with catch 22s.

Re: rough time

@outlander

yup, mum will do things when she is ready but if things are forced onto her it doesn't work. i recall her psych last year saying well just organise and then she cant say no. but im thinking, no, you don't know my mum and she won't react kindly to that. i dont think thats the best approach. i think that would actually push a person further away, and i dont want to lose the trust she as in me (although im questioning how much she does trust me atm!)

Re: rough time

Hey @outlander
I got an email notification about this thread and saw you were in a bit of grief
In regards to feeling weird and off yeah that happens with MH. Just remember to ride and sit that bit out.
In regards to growing up? I hear you. When I was in year 9 my sister got diagnosed with a brain tumour and as a result of it she has about five or so medical conditions. It effected her in many many ways and as I am sure you can imagine kids at the age of 11 are pretty immature about that stuff. I had to grow up very fast as a result and I am mature because of it. I think the thing to remember most of all my good friend @outlander is that you are an individual. I was talking to my psych about my stuff two days back and I made the point that I don't need to worry about others. I think the same for you. Don't worry about what others are doing and don't worry about the fact you are mature compared to other people. I think you are fine just the way you are. I can see you have a good heart and that you are a sweet person on the inside. Always remember that. And yes the forums are a virtual thing but at the end of each @ call sign there is a real human like you. It's the 21st century too so it's totally normal and fine to have friends via the internet. So long as you remember there are people here who love you like a friend 🙂
I am at a loss for how I can relate to people my own age too if I'm honest.
