That will my task in a few months @outlander. I've applied to do a diploma in Mental health. I hope you're doing OK with it.
The workshop was interesting. It was about support for starting your own business. I don't want to say a lot about it yet. I'm a little superstitious that if I say too much about something I'm just thinking off, it will all backfire. There's lots and lots of challenges yet to face before it would be fully functional. But it's in the area of mh.
I'm home now intending to watch a movie, but I've been caught up with doing my Centrelink reporting, answering emails and applying for the business program.
I just got a phone call from the organisation that I did dbt with last year. Looks like I got into their refresher program which starts next week. That's pretty exciting. I was given information about a week ago it might be longer, so now I have to change some appts and other things around. But I'm hoping it will give me a little boost. It's eight weeks in total and because I have a mhcp, I won't have to pay for it.
I'm still tired but hopefully I can fit in my iron infusion next week. Other than that I'm OK lil Sis.

That is great you got into the refresher program so soon @Sans911 - will be a great for you to brush up on some of the concepts and strategies. I look forward to hearing how it all goes for you. We have one week left of the current unit and then a weeks break - so I am looking forward to that. Last time I went for the extra week but I think this time I will take a break. That is the same week as my pdoc and GP come back so I can concentrate on those appointments (they are both on the same day so minimising how much I have to do on that day is probably a good idea).
I hope whatever business you are considering starting up goes really well for you Hon - it is great to have something to work towards and even better when it is in an area that you are really interested in. Have fingers and toes crossed for you that it all works out - you certainly deserve some wins @Sans911

It's too late at the end of the week to have the infusion @outlander
And I can't have it next week as I'm too busy. The infusion can give some nasty side effects like severe headaches, flu like symptoms and stuff. So I need a few days doing minimal stuff, so I'll have to wait until the following week. I'll be ok, I just have to moderate what I do.
Afternoon @Snowie

Oh that is a long time to wait @Snowie - I hope it comes around much quicker for you. I don't think I would be looking at going back to work if I hadn't done the DBT course - not necessarily the skills but more the social interaction - has given me a 'way back into life' in a way - and definitely gotten me out of the house with a routine each week. The pool has also done that for me too - so hurting my back has been a blessing in disguise.

Yes @outlander
It is a bit like that
It's every Tuesday for two hours. I'll miss two weeks as I'll be away in Adelaide.
I hope you get into dbt sooner rather than later. It does help somewhat. Sometimes more for some.
