High Tea and Housewarming

Re: High Tea and Housewarming

I used to always have Lan Choo leaf tea too @Eve7 , but generally I buy Bushell's extra strong leaf tea these days.  But always leaf tea, made properly in a pot. 😂   Yeah I'm fussy too!

Scones are ridiculously good!  Thanks so much.  I do love them with a spread of strawberry conserve and lashings of pure cream.  Spoiled aye?

Oh yeah, I have the same problem with pictures on the mobile.  I cant do pics unless I am on the PC.

Re: High Tea and Housewarming

I haven’t had a dog for a few years now, since our precious golden retriever passed. Maybe if gd takes her cat back I will get one but it would have to be a small one @Emelia8 @Snowie

It has been good sitting here with you all today and I’m almost too full for dinner lol.

Re: High Tea and Housewarming

@Eve7 scones for dinner sound fine to me!!

@Emelia8 what is for tea at your house.

We have a cavoodle so quite a small bred and best thing is she doesn't shred. Defiently a spoiled and indoor dog. She takes up half the bed at night however!

Re: High Tea and Housewarming

It has been nice to have the company @Eve7 @Snowie @Bow @creative_writer @Former-Member

Thank you so much @Eve7 for organising the housewarming for me.  It was a really lovely thoughtful thing to do, and I very much appreciate it.  Thanks to those of you who brought gifts as well as the pleasure of your company.  I will put them to good use.

But for now, I must go.  Have a good evening everyone.  Hi also to @TAB @NatureLover @Shaz51 who never made it back for the afternoon tea today.  Maybe catch you another time.

Re: High Tea and Housewarming

Tea for me tonight will be soup and a bread roll @Snowie

Yes I love the Cavoodles, and it is definitely one I am interested in.  Did you know that they are now calling them Theodore's, a new breed in development?

Re: High Tea and Housewarming

Didn't know that @Emelia8

we got ours about 6 years ago now.

I hope you have a nice night

@Eve7 thanks for setting this up. It has been a really nice afternoon.

The company has helped a lot today.

Re: High Tea and Housewarming

@Eve7, I'm probably the fussy one lol. I want to buy fancy tea from David Jones, but they can be so expensive.

@Emelia, take care ❤️

Re: High Tea and Housewarming

I like Yorkshire tea @creative_writer  but I rarely get it.
