hi @Faith-and-Hope @Phoenix_Rising @Hope4me @Shaz51 @utopia...if you can't beat 'em, join 'em, so I'm poking one toe into the ho ho ho Christmas fun thread...so please be gentle with me!  Am enjoying the gingerbread men and the funnies...love the Star Wars ones...and I love all the pictures of Christmas food, too.  I'm trying not to drool!  Even the pictures are putting extra weight on me....perhaps I will think about losing weight AFTER Christmas.  My new friend (Lil Bro) and I are going for a walk in the park this afternoon and then hopefully I will see another friend play guitar in a festival in a pub in town, so for most of the day I will be away from the people and noise. Just going to try and rustle up some Christmas images of my own....

Thanks....the reason for the change...it's like when you're in a group and someone else has the same outfit on as you and they just look prettier and thinner and blah blah blah, which is all in my head anyway...I noticed someone else had a wee piggie avatar...that wan't the only reason...I'm trying not to hide behind my weight, nor trying to pretend that everything in my world is ok and that I really do have a tough hide, but the little fox with super duper HUGE ears looks so vulnerable and insecure, which is where I am now with all this Christmas stuff....so here I am in the moment, NOT hiding from the silly season...my therapist reminds me to stay in the now (which I'm trying to do.) Hugs to you.
