Life and trauma

Re: Life and trauma

@MJG017 I'm still sitting here hoping it will just go away but it's not. I don't want to have to go to hospital not after what happened last time.

I know it's extremely difficult but as i said before, think in the right now.  If you're in trouble now, do what is the best for you right now.  If the chest pains haven't subsided yet, then 000 is what you need to do right now.  Don't think about before or later, keep your mind on what you need to do now.

Re: Life and trauma

@MJG017 i can't. There's too much fear over the unknown.

It's okay to feel scared when things are uncertain.  It's completely normal.  But the more you know, the more you can control a given situation.  Most of the time, the things we fear are worse than the reality.  You're just calling them to be checked out, to remove some unknowns.  No matter what happens. you'll be safe with them, and if there is a medical issue, you'll be glad you got it checked out sooner rather than later.

Re: Life and trauma

@MJG017 it's just not stopping. I've tried everything, I've had a some water, I've moved around, tried to lay in different positions, tried breathing through the pain. I'm scared and I don't know what to do.

If you don't know what to do then its bad enough to call 000.  It may be somethingbminor, but its better to find out that lay there worrying yourself about it.  You'll feel better calmer once they check you out.

Re: Life and trauma

@MJG017 maybe i should but maybe I don't really care about what happens. I just want this to all be over, my life is a nightmare that I can't wake up from. I can't see that light, I can't find that tiny glimmer of hope right now.

Just because you cant see the hope now, doesnt mean you wont.  I care what happens.  If it makes the decision any easier... call them just to keep me happy.  Once they've come and checked you over, you can decide what you want to do then.  At least you'll have some info to help you decide.

The speed of a print can range from minutes to days.  It all depends on the print.  Some printers are faster than others but its mainly the size, complexity, and if it is a single colour print or not.

Ive always been into tech but a couple of years ago when I was diagnosed with a serious health issue and work was no longer an option i bought the printer to just try something to take my mind off things and as a bit of a treat.  I thought i would use it for a week or 2, but a year later im still very much into using it.  It helps a lot to give me things to do to keep me distracted with so much time on my hands now.

@MJG017 ohh that makes a lot of sense!

i tend to get excited and buy something cool but then give up on it after a week or 2 as well haha but really glad you stuck to it! what's one of fav or most memorable 3D prints?
