MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH: Australia, Let's Talk (October 2023)

Re: MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH: Australia, Let's Talk (October 2023)

My greatest accomplishment would be that.. I’M ALIVE!! My heart is ticking, I persevered through all the challenges of the day, and I am HERE! NOW! TODAY!

Good on you @Former-Member ! That's certainly something to be proud of and to celebrate!

Loving these responses!! 🙂

Today's question is:

What's one thing you're grateful for today, no matter how big or small?

Hi @amber22

I am grateful for my kids and husband. They keep me going and give me something to look forward too.

Hey! @Snowie

Aw that is lovely. Your kids and your husband as just as lucky to have you as you are to have them.

I am most grateful today for my support system too. My family keep me going when times are tough and always keep me company when I feel the most alone. They also force me to do things when all I want to do is stay in bed (even though I know staying in bed won't help me some days!)

I hope you're having a good day today

What I am grateful for today…  I would have to say a very understanding boss

Re: MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH: Australia, Let's Talk (October 2023)

I am grateful I have a pretty good network around me, sure I’m still apprehensive about turning to them in a time of need, but I’m just glad I’ve got support systems around me

I'm so grateful for a roof over my head.
