Bipolar 2 and newly diagnosed adhd. Need help.

Re: Bipolar 2 and newly diagnosed adhd. Need help.

@Muffin12 @Salzburg  - what are things you enjoy doing?

Recently, my soon-to-be-diagnosed ADHD has been affecting my ability to function in some ways... my concentration is every so I'm always forgetting things, losing things, and LOST!

I've got notes everywhere.. sticky notes on my computer monitor, on my phone, on my desk, in notebooks. I guess this helps me.

Unfortunately I've been more depressed so enjoyment has been lacking.

I am still liking seeing my friends but it's tricky as they are unwell too...we are all over sensitive to comments etc.

I do enjoy watching tv which can be a double edged sword as I'm on the lounge inactive while I watch it.

I enjoy my dog.

I enjoy cups of tea and unfortunately sweet things with it.

Hehehe... sounds like the things I enjoy too.  I'm in Melb, so now that daylight savings is over, it's a lot harder to take the dog for a walk. I really enjoy my walks with her @Muffin12

As for sweet things! I'm so bad. Can't seem to stop at one!

Any specific genre you enjoy when you watch things?

I enjoy doing craft, crochet mostly. Sometimes I do jigsaws. I haven't been watching TV much but I watch stuff on youtube like nature stuff.
