My sister made pork schnitzel @Captain24 with grilled zucchini and homemade potato and sweet potato fries. I was eating, then the next thing I knew, my nephew's legs were in the air.... didn't know whether to laugh or cry. But in the end, I laughed..

Oh, and at dinner, my niece read me her school council speech. It was actually pretty good. But then my sister said, wouldn't you want to add something about school values like you are responsible or something?

Then my niece says, "Well I would be lying then because I'm not responsible!"...

Argh....

They sound like a handful @tyme. But a fun handful! At least your niece is being honest! 

I got to see my niece and her boyfriend today. They can up to where we are staying for lunch. She has grown up so much.

Oh, and in terms of my meal prep... it's just to put meals together...I didn't actually cook anything. @Captain24 

So I packed 2 meals baked pasta that someone gave me with grilled zucchini and half a pork schnitzel. So that's 2 meals done.

I then have a few homecooked frozen meals which i really should eat to clear the freezer. I'd rather not eat it because it is curry with rice.... I don't really like rice. But hey! Better than me having to cook!

We get back to town on Tuesday and I go back to work on Friday. So I have 2 days to unpack, wash and mow the lawns before I go back to work. Oh and food prep!

It will be Home Sweet Home @Captain24 . There's never anything better than home.

I'm looking at booking a cruise. I really don't know where to start. I think I'll have to go alone because my sister doesn't like cruises which means I can't take the kids.

Also, I'll be going to Perth in April sometime. That's booked already. 

Has anyone been on a cruise before?

It’ll be nice to be home in my own bed and my own space @tyme. I will miss going to the beach everyday though! 

I went on a cruise around 2004ish. It was fantastic and I would go again. It’s just so expensive on your own. 

Perth sounds nice. I want to go to Tasmania and visit one of my cousins and her family. Maybe this time next year…
