@Eve7 I'm glad your DIL will be helping you at your surgery. How long is the recovery period? Will you be able to coach? I guess your team might have some time off in January...
Hugs for you too 🫂

That's good of S1's partner @Eve7 Hopefully they can help after the surgery.
@NatureLover no druggies wouldn't be nice to have as neighbours. Nice neighbours can make a big difference. Especially if you go away!

Hi @tyme I have just had lunch with a couple who are moving to Nth Qld. I am going to miss them immensely and I really wish they weren’t going but it’s for family reasons so this chapter of life is over.
How are you today?

I think you mentioned this couple before @Eve7 . It was a while back and you spoke how much they have supported you and how much they mean to you.
I'm glad you were able to meet with them.
I know it's not the same, but technology means you don't need to be without connection.
My day? It's been pretty good.
I had a growth coaching session today and it was great because I had a chance to open up about a possible ADHD diagnosis and how it sort of makes sense why I've struggled so much in life. My growth coach actually conducts ADHD assessments for adults, so we may be able to support me with a diagnosis. Who knows??
Anyway, it was an 'ah ha' moment where I felt that things now actually make sense.
Hope the rest of your day goes okay.

My squad will have time off after next week’s Australian All schools but they’ll have a program for when I can’t be there in January @NatureLover
Surgeon says I’ll be independent when I go home @Snowie ….we’ll see.
How’s your day been?

Just spent the last 4 hours taking mum to a follow up eye appointment in the city.
She has booked to get her other eye done in Jan.
When we got home she said it would have been nice to get a coffee on the way home🤦♀️I told her I'm not a mind reader. If she wanted one she should have asked.
If you can be independent than that would be great @Eve7. I guess it will be just a waiting game and see how you are after the surgery. We all recover differently.

Lol. It seems like I also forget that people are not mind readers! Who's guilty of that? Me lol @Snowie
Hope it wasn't too bad for you today.
Do you drive much?
