I walked to Aldi for a few extra veg as I didn’t go to the markets yesterday.
S1 has taken the little people to The Wiggles and they’re coming back tonight so he’s getting a pie on the way home and I’ll cook mashed potato and stir fry veg. There’s a really good pie shop on his way back so easy meal.

Oh I took mine to the wiggles when they were young. I am sure they will enjoy it.
Tea sounds yummy too @Eve7 Even better that you only have to cook half of it!!

I’m sure they’ll enjoy it @Snowie Little miss wore her Emma outfit and Master wor his Lochie clothes. S1 wore blue suppose he thinks he’s Anthony Wiggle!
I see pdoc this week so hopefully can have a better report and avoid the threatened admission.
Its hard to get motivated when the dark moods takeover so I understand you not walking the dog.

Sounds like they are right into the Wiggles 😁 I think it is something most kids love at some stage in their lives @Eve7 .
Hopefully the pdoc appointment goes well for you hon and you can hopefully avoid hospital. My pdoc mentioned it last week to me too, so I know how it feels when it is sort of hanging over us.

I took my niece to the Wiggles when she was 7 and she said “how embarrassing”! They soon grow out of them but I’m left with hot potato running around my head!!
I think I’ll do better now last week is over @Snowie but pdoc wants me to have more ECT as an inpatient. Just see how we go I suppose...always here for you and I truly appreciate your support.

They do grow out of them quickly @Eve7 I guess they just grow up quickly these days.
I have had ECT as an inpatient before and it went ok but it is still the fact that you have to go into hospital. Hopefully you can make the decision with him hon and feel comfortable with it.

I have a new pdoc @Snowie , a nice lady one but takes a bit of getting used to. She does ISTDPT which is pretty full on when you’re not an inpatient.
My other pdoc only agreed to see me for a year while I was acute.
I see the same psych though which is good. I’ve just put on a load of washing and I need to iron so I don’t go to work looking like a bag lady. I get to this time of day and start to go downhill so need to keep busy.

It does take a while to get used to new people in our care team hon @Eve7 I am just getting used to my new psych.
That is full on sweetheart, hopefully you work out what is the best thing for you to do.
Hoping you get your ironing and washing done. Keeping busy sounds good.
