Hi @Zoe7 I am going ok today. My anxiety is up and just thinking of coming home makes my anxiety rise even more, yet I can't wait to get home. Med changes done, just waiting for things to take effect.
How are you going today?

Great news that med changes are done and I hope they start taking effect very soon - I know how long it can take and how unsettling it is waiting too @Snowie
I understand you wanting to get home but you also need to be ok to go home - you will feel much better with that course of action once the meds start kicking in properly.
I am ok tonight - it has been a very long and tricky day today. I have been exhausted after last night and very sore but I have rested all day and feel much better for it. the dinner with family was ok last night but was too long for me - my back hurt from sitting for too long and my anxiety started to rise towards the end of the evening - mostly from the pain and wanting to be home with my fur babies. I cried myself to sleep last night as I had flashbacks - again I think that was mostly from the pain affecting me mentally as well. I did get some more sleep today and that helped.

@Zoe7I am just having a "what happens if this is it" moment. I'll get over it I guess.
Last night does sound like it was a tricky night but glad you made it through. Also glad that you got some rest today with your fur babies. My day has been a nothing day.

I remember that moment about 2 med changes ago - when I though it was the end for me - thank goodness I made it through that very difficult time and we got the meds changed and more under control - but it did take about 6 weeks to start feeling any effects and we had to change the dosages a couple of times. I know how hard it is to be sitting with that feeling though Hon - at least you are where it is safe to be feeling that right now @Snowie.
