So sorry to hear what you have been going through, but you brave heart is showing.  There is a lot of self-awareness in what you have written.

Joining us here is a massive self-care step, good job 👍 . You have friends on the road here.  We are all on the forums for different reasons, but life has been hard on us all.  Even with different journeys the empathy is huge, and the appreciation for mental health diversity and support is awesome.
