Re: Battles

Thankyou @Ru-bee ❤️. I've chatted to 1800respect who couldn't help and I'm currently chatting to LL. I just can't handle this right now, I'm right on that edge of just snapping.

Re: Battles

Thankyou @rav3n ❤️. Really not in a good headspace at the moment but I'm being honest with LL about how I'm feeling.

Hey @Dreamy I'm just heading off for the night but wanted to second @rav3n's encouragement, I know it's not always easy to be honest in these situations but I'm glad you're able to try right now

Re: Battles

@Dreamy i'm proud of you for trying. 💙

would distraction chats help? or exploring other coping tools? let me know what you'd prefer.

sometimes when my mind feels unkind and messy, making my body feel cosy and comfy helps a bit better. for me this looks like being wrapped like a burrito in my bed while having some tea (and watching my comfort show). what does feeling cosy/comfy look like for you?
