No I'm ok .if I need to talk to someone I'll let you know. I don't have a councillor anymore she left

I know this is so terribly hard for you. Isolation, loneliness, grief.. it can all creep up on us. 

 

We are here to support you. We can 'fix' things, but we can walk beside you as you navigate life's ups and downs.

Yes is is very supportive but she has her days like we all do . I'll send you photos of things when I finish where do I send them too
