Good evening @RedHorse @Meowmy @TAB @Shaz51 @tyme @MDT @Dimity @Daisydreamer @Eve7 @pinklollipop15 @Former-Member @Paperdaisy @cloudcore @Anastasia and all forumites here.
A massive well done to you @RedHorse ! I’m so proud of what you’ve achieved today with getting out of bed being a massive achievement👍🏻! I know when I’m depressed, staying in bed seems like the perfect hideaway for me and often is so I know how much getting out of bed is. You are a total star⭐️!
Today has been okay for me on the achievements front. I’m still struggling mentally with the fact that I’m in a strange period of my life where I haven’t got anything on except for my volunteer work here on the forums as a Community Guide because of my decision not to do on campus studying at Tafe due to my fears over coronavirus and the like. My days feel like they go on forever and I’m forced to do things to make the hours go by quicker with resting in bed being one of my favourite things to do at the present moment in time. I’m now on high alert in case this period leads me down the depression path which I’m closely monitoring within myself for any signs with spending too much time in bed one of my warning signs to be aware of. Anyhow, enough of that and onto my achievements which are:
- Finished knitting my 21st beanie for charity
- Took meds
- Put some essential oils blend into my oil diffuser and used it tonight to help relax me
- Did a Smiling Mind meditation for 10 minutes which I really enjoyed
- Read some more of Rachel’s Holiday which I’m now eager to finish since the second book came in the mail today
That’s all from me tonight!
Take care!

Hi @Meowmy
It’s so lovely to hear from you 💜
Wow! These are wonderful achievements!
In my experience, it can be incredibly difficult to meet new people and as such, I absolutely love how during the course of your day, you made two new friends!
I’m so pleased to hear that you spent some time relaxing and I hope that you were able to do something special to celebrate all of your wonderful achievements 💜
Take kind and gentle care of yourself,
ShiningStar 💜
