Re: Daily Achievements!

good evening forumites

this weekend and indeed the latter half of last week gave me cause for reassessing my priorities. It is now 2 weeks since I left my job and I think my body and mind has had some time "off" so to speak.

In that time I have come to realised that I need to spend much more time on myself - a thing I will call "self development" from now on. I believe most of this is to be done in quiet isolation from the world. I have now got a pretty sweet set up in my room and this will be quite helpful.

Today I achieved the following:
- went to gym this morning with my friend (i have increased some weights)
- had brunch after and chatted to my friend about real issues in life
- got a boost juice
- did some work placement activity
- planned out my week ahead
- spent time on my bed in a meditative trance like state and tried to reflect on the things that are plagueing my mind all the time (i have made a list of about 12 things that are coming up too frequently)
- have eaten good fruit (very juicy peaches)
- spoke to a girl i was chatting to but dunno where it will lead and will just wait and see
- added stuff to my book list

Re: Daily Achievements!

Good evening @MDT @Meowmy @TAB @Lilly6 @ShiningStar @RedHorse @Shaz51 @Daisydreamer @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @pinklollipop15 @Dimity @Anastasia @Faith-and-Hope @Appleblossom @Former-Member @cloudcore and all forumites here. Congratulations on all your wonderful achievements!

@MDT well done on starting your new discussion thread! I’ve read it and it’s quite interesting yet thought provoking at the same time. Thanks for sharing this!

Today has been fairly quiet for me - spent the day at home- so not much to report on the achievements front I’m afraid. I’ve also been feeling a little down, bored and stuck in a rut which doesn’t help things for me mentally. Here goes nothing!

- I posted on the Sane forums

- I woke up

- I had a shower

- I ate lunch

- I finished a beanie

- I used my essential oils diffuser with lavender oil in it

- I took meds.

That’s it from me tonight.

Take care and stay safe!

Judi9877☺️💐
