Re: Good Morning!

Good morning @Glisten glad to hear youre feeling ok today.  Just got paid my DSP and have been organising banking. Have been looking into an emergency medicines kit this morning. Its not like a first aid kit but rather a pharmaceutical medicines kit. They sell them in the USA via prescription as a big kit full of things you may need in crisis situations but quite possibly not here. Got to make my nebulizer solution and put in the the fridge. I hope we don't have a covid lockdown over xmas. Theres some talk of it. I certainly hope not.

Re: Good Morning!

@saturnzoon   ..  Hi Mate..   Pat on your back for grinding through all that paper work.  No small thing,   and its all about the detail hey.

I see all the posts about the world,  and its very hard on young eyes.  Healthy minds can't interface with it.

For people who are unwell,  it must be so much more difficult to wake up to each day..

If not I who speaks up. . .    then who,   is your cry..                 but..

Your first duty of care is to yourself..   There are people that depend on you.  Loose control of your health  and you are no help to these people,  yourself,   anyone. .  .  .  Just one more casualty of war.

When you win your own battles,  and  you will.   you'll find ..   the legions against tyranny will  willingly welcome you.      but..

and already wounded soldier,  is a certain graveyard for his comrades.

Love your self that you may be fully combat effective to love others

Meant  with the best off intentions..   Hope I haven't   overstepped..     Hello everyone.  wish you peace in your mind and your homes.                               tonys

Re: Good Morning!

Hey apple.   Lady of the hammers..  You sound so healthy mate.   @Appleblossom   I think  if we all achieve what you have,  we'd  be quietly content with our Live's.   Got there on your own straps.

Good on you mate..                      tns.

Re: Good Morning!

hi @tonys thank you, i love having a new laptop!

the NDIS is helping a lot, getting some meals sorted although it is a bit hard sometimes finding the right match for support workers. I had one guy come last week, he was about 21 or so and very sort of jovial but didn't have much ability to have a conversation...he is booked for 2 more weeks but I have a feeling I won't end up staying with him. My other worker, J, is sweet, she helps me access appointments with a new therapist and we get along well

How is your day going?? how are ur nurses?

Re: Good Morning!

Oh my … @TAB maybe you didn’t have enough grunt that day? The heat?
I’m ridiculously strong for a woman my age. I swear it was landscaping with my son in QLD during summer. Removed tree stump by hand.

Re: Good Morning!

Hi @EternalFlower me and my son have the NDIS and sometimes I have a  lot of trouble with trying to find the right workers for my son to but our problem is everytime I find someone good that he gets along with they leave and now he doesn't want anyone else coming cause he says they all leave and he's still a teenager that needs the help I can't give him 24/7, so I have a new one tomorrow for him and just wait and sees what happens.

It's hard the career workers as it seems there is a lot of turnover for workers, the company we are with you get used to the workers and they come to be like friends cause they take you to our appointments,  shopping doctors, social things.

It takes a while to find a good place

and the government didn't take a proper look at how many would apply for it, its understaffed,  not enough money,  many people being rejected,  plans getting less money but increase from 1yr up to 3yrs now, they just did not plan it correctly.

@tonys @Glisten @Former-Member  @TAB @Appleblossom @Kyle1 @Bunniekins @Historylover @Thyme @StuF @Shaz51 @Kyle1  @MDT and all

Hope everyone had a good day evening.

Re: Good Morning!

Re: Good Morning!

@Former-Member  Sounds intense. Nothing is as bad as not being able to breath.
