Well it's good news that it wasn't anything serious, but not great if this reaction does keep happening. As someone who's been on a lot of different things the past couple of year, a lot of times these reaction are worse at the start and tend to fade over time. Maybe last night was a one off... see how you go tonight. Another 7 or 8 hours sleep would be a good result. 💤 Hopefully you've kept yourself busy today and it's been a decent day after last night.
I'm doing okay. I spent some time today finishing my "kinda-Lego" car. I'll post an image below. On sorting out the details for the next meeting of my support group. We've arranged for a guest speaker. So i've been updating all the details and letting the guys know. Now a small discussion has started on whether partners should come along. The guest speaker is a prostate nurse and her talk is on sexual health with prostate cancer. So it's a sensitive topic. I've suggested a few things to consider and
we'll see what happens. Knowing us, a lot of giggling! 🤣 Still it's all kept me distracted for most of the day which is always a big win for me.

@MJG017 yeah if it happens again tonight then they said I'll have to stop taking them. If only I could get that much sleep all the time, I'm barely getting 3 hours at the moment cos of waking up having panic attacks. Today I went to the shops to get some mice for my snake and had to get a couple of things. Then I came home and did some painting.
Lego building is always fun, i saw a new cat one out yesterday when I went to the shops and I thought of you and your partner. Having a guest speaker sounds like fun, a sensitive subject yes but with a good sense of humour I'm sure it will be some giggles all round. I have a twisted sense of humour so I'm always laughing at things that others just don't get 😂.
I'm glad it's kept you occupied, that's definitely a win.

I was just posting a reply on the lego thread. And looking up uses for those lego separator tools. How are you going?
