I would've loved to go you know? I was feeling so distant and disconnected from my church, I'm not on the women's WhatsApp group because I can't have my phone number spread and don't trust them all... but it means I get left out a lot that I just struggle to manage. But no church really knows how to care for people like me...

@avant-garde i imagine you would have loved to go and I'm sorry you missed out. It's hard feeling like noone knows how to care for you but know we are always here.

That sounds like it was a real blow @avant-garde and it does sound like your church is struggling to know how to care for you and support you, which is not on you though I'm glad that you've been able to stand up for yourself and let them know how it affected you to be discluded like that

Mine weren't working either and it was dreadfully frustrating

That would be about right... I often don't feel heard there and yes I do find it funny when they've failed to listen to me and it impacts then negatively... I told them 6 months ago in some cases

Oh shoot, that's really annoying about the notifications @avant-garde @Former-Member are they working now? and was it the email ones or the on-forum ones? You can always shout it out to a mod when you notice an issue like this so we can look into it!
