Hi there.
I have constant anxiety. As well as BPD and OCD. Does anyone else experience constant daily anxiety and what do you do about it?

There are lots of things to try. Eat better, do sleep hygiene, exercise more or try different types of exercise, listen to relaxing music, watch happy videos, dance alone to music you like when no one is watching, journal, start a blog, take up hobbies, take up gardening or grow indoor plants (apparently being around plants is good for your brain), meditate, put in ear plugs if you're overwhelmed by noise, distract yourself when you're overthinking, go and sit outside for a bit, learn new things. @Ocean2 I have heaps of anxiety and feel that most of it is for a reason... well lots of reasons. I guess I draw on some version of the serenity prayer
God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
The tough part is the struggle to change things that can and should be changed when you can't do it by yourself and there's no help. I try to keep chipping away but do a lot of backsliding. That applies to a lot of things from personal stuff to the big issues of politics etc.

Totally hearing you @Ocean2 ,
I can absolutely relate. My anxiety was so high so that I felt I couldn’t face life.
Through much therapy and practice, the most effective was to notice the anxiety, practice deep breathing and face it.
Do you have a therapist who can practice this with you?

Yup my anxiety fluctuates with my stress levels the ocd remains once I get stuck in a pattern ( checking things are locked ect )
routine kinda works for me ..
get up do yoga if possible / nature walks or garden if possible
exersise !
‘I try eat well - avoid super / booze to much caffeine
I am learning to look after my nervous system , my therapist told me to imagine it’s a cute baby animal and to care for it.. I try let it rest that’s super hard but I think it’s kind of working.

I get anxiety have been diagnosed with GAD and Panick disorder.
Sometimes I drink helps
