Cold here but the sun is out for a change.

Fairly quiet here this afternoon so might just watch a movie.

No plans @Snowie but going home tomorrow and will drop in on a friend along the way. I've enjoyed my time away by myself and my athletes did well. I just had a nana nap back in my motel room and will now do some Uni work before picking up Subway for dinner.

I saw my pdoc this morning and told her about my weekend with the sh so I was totally honest. The visit has left me feeling so down and I wonder if I will just always be like this. It's been such a rotten year and nothing seems to go right. I feel unmotivated and unsafe now. Wondering what to do next.

I'm just rambling, please take no notice. Need to get my head around the forum changes.

Was there anything in particular that caused the visit to leave you feeling so low?

Thanks @tyme I just want this year to be over and then I can start again. I’m not sure what happened this morning but I started to panic while driving and I had to stop for a while.

My pdoc was very understanding and insisted I stay back for a while after the session. Just about to go for a walk.

I'm glad to hear your pdoc was understanding though. 

It hasn't been easy this year, we recognise that. I hear how much you might be wanting to just 'turn the page' to a new year.
