@Zoe7that is completly understandable hon. 

Perhaps let the pdoc know tomorrow how intense they are becoming and how they are affecting you. Remember you are in control of what is discussed so if it is too hard, moving too fast, not comfortable with it, then you can say lets slow down. 

Your welfare is the most important thing hun and I think your pdoc would agree. It has to be at a pace that is safe and comfortable for you.

I know the nights are super hard, too hard at times. Am here with you hun Heart
