I'm so sadden to hear the news of the passing of our beautiful Hopeandlove.
She may not have known it, but she gave me a feeling of inclusion that I have never felt before. It's a nice feeling!
I will really miss her and hope that I have the same dignity and grace she had when she died.
Earlier, Hopeandlove and I talked about our faviourite elements and we both loved Air and Water. As a final tribute, I would love to share the element of Fire meditation. I will miss you.
The element of Fire
Picture yourself in a charming sandstone cottage in the English countryside. It’s Christmas time, and outside, the wind howls as snow blankets the landscape. You’ve just stepped out of a warm, soothing bubble bath, the scent of lavender lingering on your skin. Dressed in cozy pajamas, you make your way downstairs, watching the snow swirl past the window, feeling grateful for the warmth and safety of your home. You sink into a plush, oversized couch, wrapping yourself in its comforting embrace. To your left, your beloved dog snores softly, while on your right, your little tabby cat purrs contentedly. The three of you are perfectly at peace. The late afternoon light fades, giving way to the golden glow of a roaring open fire. Flames dance and crackle, filling the room with warmth. The mantel is adorned with a festive garland, and candles of varying sizes flicker gently, casting a soft, enchanting glow. You sit in stillness, mesmerized by the shifting hues of the fire, feeling its heat wrap around you like a familiar embrace. In this moment, you are home. You are safe. You are loved.
Love to everyone
