yeah, walking can be a bit boring on our own. do you enjoy jogging? also, i bring some music with me when i go walking. sometimes i just like to stay quiet and think about things, clear my head, etc

im sorry to hear that the social group is unwelcoming. its hard sometimes as there is such a mixture of different personalities. good on you for sticking at it. and it would be hard for you if everyone is older than you. i went to a carers lunch thing one day and didn't connect with anyone, they were older and tended to socilise amongst themselves. it's hit and miss with support groups, or any other meet up type thing.

sweetheart, i may turn in for the night. starting to get a bit sleepy - old age catching up with me plus i have a very full belly haha
