@Sans911 I made the decision not to go to work today as it would be too stressful to fit everything into the time frame I would have had - so am going to go tomorrow morning and then still be able to do hydrotherapy - I am really happy with that decision and am much calmer this afternoon as a result.
I hope your apoointment went ok - here waiting to hear how it went when you are ready Hon
