It is Wednesday my dudes, time for another scoop! 

This week I've got a mix - some silliness as always, but also some inspiring stuff to help you through the hump day funk 

I really like this way of conceptualising it - to really highlight that no one should have to go through trauma especially not 'to build character.'This one resonates a lot with me; it's why I work in mental health.Every.
