Hi @Shaz51  and thanks for your usual caring greeting. Sorry to hear of your headache @Zoe7 .  I can sympathise. I woke up this morning feeling like I had a monster hangover. But as I have not had a drop of alcohol to drink in the time since I came to hospital (over 4 weeks) I guess its got something to do with the changeover of AD meds. The AD that I was on, which I was on for chronic pain, is notoriously difficult to come off apparently. @Faith-and-Hope Please pardon my lack of knowledge. I really do feel out of touch. I did not realise Ex was back on the scene. I am sorry to hear this. Really wish things were different for you.
