I am going to go backwards here as I have a few responses to write

Hey @rav3n
Start by watering it, lol.

It looks like you have a ceramic pot under the plastic pot it came in is that right?
does the ceramic pot have any drainage… it may not, or may be plugged.
That means it’s not getting proper drainage… causing root rot which is a huge factor in succulents drying. The other name for this is bottom up death… it means the soil has had a chance to stay moist for too long and the roots just keep sucking up the water. I get the feeling it’s suffered bottom up death and then now you have stopped watering it it does not know what is going on.

can you take the black pot out of the equation or see if it has a plug, take that out if so.

It needs some drainage.

I am mindful now if you start watering if full bore after being dry or after root rot then being dry again, it will freak out… so start with a little, I revived one at ours just with a spray bottle around the roots

Cut off the dead bits around the edge it will taking energy and trying to use it on those bits

Does it get much light?
