I joined the forums years ago and have been on and off for probably 8 years or so, I joined after being pointed here from another service.
SANE and I have had our moments. But the support, patience and persistence with me is absolutely unmatched to any other place I have accessed support from.
I feel welcome here, and if I need extra support SANE has gone above and beyond to make sure I get what I need. As someone with a history of being disconnected from services, I feel connected and welcome here.
10 years ago I was a very different person and not as open to support, but now, I feel like I am more willing to try different things, open to ideas and feedback and can take responsibility for my own actions a lot better.
This community is very important to me
