I wish i had an answer for you about getting through until your appointment.  The only way i have of getting through a tough time is just taking in a small step at a time while knowing i just need to make it to whatever it is that im waiting for.

 

I know thats what you're trying to do and how difficult it is right now, but i dont really have a plan B in these situations,  other that finding distractions and I know you've tried that as well.

 

I know that one of the hardest battles in life is fighting our own thoughts.  It the one thing we can avoid or turn off.  So just try to do what you can to keep yourself busy.  While it probably wont be a complete distruction, if nothing else it will help to pass the time.  Which id weird, because an hour is an hour no  matter what we do with it.  But it never feels like that.  Our brains are strange.
