@Former-Member they say I should volunteer there but it's too high risk for me given some of the people in the community, it is my kind of job though, also can't be on my feet for hours at a time. 

 

Dinner tonight was bbq pork Bahn mi that I paid $5 for and got some strawberries for $2 also. Today's deck is whisky themed playing cards, they're putting an order in for the garden themed ones to complete my set. I almost have all the gentlemen's hardware decks now, they didn't know about the bbq or the garden ones. 

The no filter volunteer was taking the garbage out as I drove past and so I beeped at her after telling her the type of car I drive and so maybe now she'll actually remember! 

 

I actually find it a lot easier to strike up conversation with people in the community and in my day to day than I do with people at church.
