I think I understand this.

Perhaps if you read what other people are writing maybe after a little while --- 

You can write?

 

Try and be gentle. 

I think us vulnerable  here all have different experiences about talking about it. My therapist,-----

after I was accepted into NDIS ----- asked me to stop telling everyone, [edited by moderator] I have a major head injury.

 

You put these feelings into words, especially for the first time well from my perspective - is both scary and exciting. I think iv got myself the  flag  on top of me which I can't see '

this person is weird.'

when I first got NDIS. 

It takes real courage to share this. That feeling of wanting to connect but being overwhelmed by it is something many understand. Acknowledging that conflict is a big step.
