I learnt this from a podcast. FACE your future. It is a message on how to age well.
F is for flexibility e.g. yoga and plates
A is for aerobic excercise. Walking, swimming, running.
C is for carrying your own weight. Push-ups and any weight training that allows you to carry your own weight.
E is for equilibrium. Practising balancing on one leg. For example when you brush your teeth.
