Thank you so much for saying this to me @WIP . I know you and pdoc are right and I know I am fortunate to have a job that is challenging and fulfilling. 

I’ll be doing recruitment and staff training which is different to what I was doing when I used to have to attend meetings with clients and write their plans for funding. That was how I met my pdoc as I saw how supportive he was with our clients and I used to think “note to self...if I need a pdoc”.

I’ll definitely be thinking of you on Monday and your encouraging words.
