my pdoc called this morning… hopefully my meds will be sorted out by the end of the day and I can go to the chemist and get my AD scripts filled…. All ready to face the weekend.

im a bit disappointed. My case manager has been away all week… my psychologist was going to make sure that someone touched base with me cause I usually have support at least every second day from my CM. But I’ve had nothing, and it’s been a hard week. I’m struggling. My body is struggling. So very weak and lethargic. And it’s now almost the weekend.
