I'm sorry to hear that your still not coping. I can see how determined you are to get your assignments in by Friday! Do you mind me asking what it is that you're studying?

 

I completely relate to mush brain when it comes to needing to have something in by a deadline. 

 

Have you ever heard of body doubling? It's a coping strategy to help you hold your focus, especially good for studying by having someone close by. I do it regularly with a friend just over the phone, knowing that she is on the other end of the phone and being able to hear her background noise is really comforting and focus inducing. Sometimes we forget we're even on the phone. It also helps to gain a different perspective on something if I'm just not sure, I just need to ask her! There are online body doubling groups too if you don't have someone close by or available.
