Oh that actually makes a whole lot of sense eh @Jynx  I ached so much yesterday, still do. Had to take meds.  Like really tight muscles, stomach pains and I had zero appetite. Now lack of sleep can look like that with my fibromyalgia… but yeah a combination of the two and it all makes sense.

My SW is suppose to be on tomorrow and she will usually call. I’m really hoping that she has the time to chat for a bit.

It must be like a sigh of relief to have some answers yeah? My best friends daughter who lives in the UK has recently been diagnosed with adhd and autism. And she said it’s a relief to have answers for so much of her childhood and adult years. And that she can now get some supports for the things that she particularly struggles with.
Thata good that you can apply for ndis. Is that for both your adhd and now this? What kind of things could you apply for funding with?

my tomorrow?… no idea yet. We went to the shops this morning. Got my nails done, daughter a new fan (been hot here the last few days yuck) oh and I got the kittens on clearance a sunflower scratching post! It’s so cute. I spent the afternoon on my bed putting together a photo album from our trip. Sleep…. Sleep 💤 is what I need though.

what’s your Sunday looking like?
