your gp may suggest a new medication to try or suggest getting to the base of the issue thats causing the lack of sleep
if medications arent something your keen on, maybe someone like a naturopath could help as a way of alternate therapies. @Former-Member
you could perhaps ask to see a sleep specialist for strategies to work on for better sleep
