@Blackcloud I feel like ND are often misunderstood and encouraged to mask. Not to mention, many ND are often rejected and bullied for being different. I think it also comes down to finding your people. I find myself drawn to ND people and people who have ND personality traits and that’s okay. Sometimes you do have to “be social” to find your people. I know it is exhausting and sometimes you just want to scream at the top of your lungs, but forming relationships take time.
