Peer Support Worker
Hey everyone!

We are very excited about our upcoming Online Peer Group Chat on Thursday 7th April 2022 - the topic will be coping with anxiety

Anxiety is something that many people share when experiencing mental health issues. It can be really challenging to deal with and overwhelming at times especially when you need to be focused on life’s priorities. Let's come together to discuss our lived experiences and strategies for dealing with anxiety. It could be a great time to learn some coping techniques or contribute to someone else's recovery.
