Thanks @Ru-bee.  I just noticed that on Edge and Chrome browsers, the dark blue box is gone or just white now.  It's still the same in Firefox though... even with a forced refresh.

Also, another very tiny thing I found earlier.  When inserting an image and the box to choose it comes up, the ability to scroll in the browser is gone (mouse wheel and right-side scroll bar).  So if you want to click the "Choose files" button and your already scrolled down so that the post you're reading is near the bottom... when you click reply and click the insert image button you can't see the "choose files" button and cant scroll down to see it.  You need to close the insert the image another way or close it, scroll up a bit, and click insert image again.  Not a biggie, but a bit annoying.  It does the same in Edge.
