Thanks @Bunniekins. There's alot going on for me at the moment. Yesterday I was physically and sexually assaulted in a random attack so I'm still really shaken up about that. My heart is playing up at the moment (it sits at about 160bpm for hours or days) so my whole body is struggling, yes i should be in hospital but it's just not an option at the moment. I've been having abuse screamed at me most days lately which is really starting to get to me. 

 

I'm trying so hard to just keep pushing through but I keep getting knocked down and each time it's harder to get back up.
