@Dimity Last couple weeks been mainly in self preservation mode. Been trying to do at least 2 tasks each day, first being to get out of bed before mid day. I’m wanting to try to spend less time on my iPad and more time reading books, have bought different sets that interest me.
Only possibility to get new psychologist is one via Telehealth, having to wait another week to talk to local dr for her thoughts, discuss one I have found and get new referral.
Have been starting to feel bit better until yesterday. Late last year lawyer who specialises in estate planning, wills etc did presentation where I live and she appeared to be quite friendly. I certainly learnt things that day. Yesterday had appointment with her to update my will etc and came away not feeling the best. Didn’t feel she was as friendly plus she said something that made me feel like I did the wrong thing as executor of my husbands will.
