Life challenges

Re: Life challenges

What! I can only find four @tyme @Hopeandlove @MJG017 !!!

Re: Life challenges

I found five @Till23  🙂

Keep looking

Re: Life challenges

@tyme it was more just being in nature and admiring the flowers and bugs around.

I like any sort of puzzles, when limited with mobility i use puzzles to keep my brain busy.

I found the 5 words in the picture.

Re: Life challenges

@Till23 nature walks are lovely, i miss being able to go on long walks. Sorry to hear about the loss of your girl dog.

I like sudoku also. Any sort of word or number puzzles are great to keep me occupied.

I only have a couple of the streaming services but I just watch things again once I've run out of things to watch.

Re: Life challenges

Ok @tyme and @Hopeandlove  now I have zoomed in I found the five words 😁

Re: Life challenges

Yes @Hopeandlove I have used walking in nature a lot for my MH and also when I had my cancer diagnosed. The first time I walked 100km (in a month) to raise money for RFDS that was in nature - you clocked your own km. The second time I did the City to Surf (14km) in Sydney for Beyond Blue, but I trained in nature. Last year I did the Mothers Day Classic (only 5km) that was for Breast and Ovarian Cancer, again did a bit of training in nature.

I used to love photographing plants and insects really close up (macro photography) in nature. That fell away when my MH declined but I need to get back into it.

Do you ever do Wordle @Hopeandlove

Re: Life challenges

Hey @Hopeandlove

I'm so sorry you're going through all of this, but I'm relieved to hear you're being cared for. It sounds like such an overwhelming and exhausting experience, both physically and mentally. I really hope the new antibiotics start working soon, bringing you some relief and a bit of energy so you can do some puzzles to distract yourself.

I can’t begin to imagine how difficult it must have been to be asked about resuscitation and emergency contacts. That’s such a heavy thing to process, especially when you're already feeling unwell and alone.

We rarely hear the stories of those going through this alone, it always seems to be couples or people with supportive families. But the truth is, so many of us are alone in this world, myself included. Maybe that’s part of why so many people are reaching out to you because we want you to know that you are cared for. We care.

I hope your appointment with the psychiatrist gives you strength. Just take it moment by moment.

Sending you warmth and strength.

Snuggles. ☺️
