I'm sorry to hear that your still not coping. I can see how determined you are to get your assignments in by Friday! Do you mind me asking what it is that you're studying?

I completely relate to mush brain when it comes to needing to have something in by a deadline. 

Have you ever heard of body doubling? It's a coping strategy to help you hold your focus, especially good for studying by having someone close by. I do it regularly with a friend just over the phone, knowing that she is on the other end of the phone and being able to hear her background noise is really comforting and focus inducing. Sometimes we forget we're even on the phone. It also helps to gain a different perspective on something if I'm just not sure, I just need to ask her! There are online body doubling groups too if you don't have someone close by or available.

@NatureLover @Ilovepenguins  thanks i managed to get 2 of them done but i still have one to do but i managed to get an extension until monday for that one so hopefully i can get that done by then i am exhausted though have been working all day and night to get these done and have only slept a combined 7 hours over the last 3 nights. i can even sleep in tomorrow because i am supposed to be meeting with my grandma who has come a long way to visit and i need to shower tonight but it is already overwhelming me and idk anyway i am still struggling a lot with everything and i dont think i will be able to relax until i have finished the last assignment on monday.

I know the motivation might not be there to shower or see your Grandma, but I have a feeling that seeing your Grandma might just give you that little bit of a wellbeing boost that you need ❤️ 

I understand your lack of sleep, I've been struggling with that myself. Go easy on yourself, sleep will come once the pressure is off and you feel like you can relax more.

@NatureLover @Ilovepenguins  thanks i saw my grandma today and it was nice but now i am exhausted i had a nap but i am still exhausted like i am having involuntary micro sleeps kind of tired i will try and do my last assignment tomorrow hopefully i sleep tonight i am surely tired enough.

@Ilovepenguins thanks yeah it was good to see her, i finished my assignment on time so now i am done for the semester which is a big relief i really didnt think i would make it this far but i am glad i did. but now i dont even know what to do with myself it feels so weird not having work hanging over your head lol. anyway i will try and just take the next few days easy and catch up on the sleep i have missed this last week.
