i wish we had a magic wand @Snowie i know your trying your best. remember you have your psychs and gp too that are there to support you though its not very handy when you need them outside appt times.
does beyond blue help? i know they are open later at night too, or lifeline?
im happy to sit and chat about anything if itll help keep you distracted and safe until you sleep

Night time meds seem to be helping better and starting to get into a better sleep pattern which is good. Day time meds are still a battle. If I don't tak enough than I struggle to cope, if I take too many, than I am spaced out all day today. She a struggle to find that balance. Thoughts are still there, but have settled down a bit so happy about that. So continue seeing psych every week, pdoc every third week and waiting for news on a DBT course.

thats good @Snowie about your night meds. day time ones i hope they get sorted soon. its a fine balance isnt it.
thats really good about those thoughts too and have good supports in place
