Night time meds seem to be helping better and starting to get into a better sleep pattern which is good. Day time meds are still a battle. If I don't tak enough than I struggle to cope, if I take too many, than I am spaced out all day today. She a struggle to find that balance. Thoughts are still there, but have settled down a bit so happy about that. So continue seeing psych every week, pdoc every third week and waiting for news on a DBT course.
