Re: Life and trauma

@MJG017 i wish you were awake to chat right now.

Re: Life and trauma

Sorry @Former-Member, clearly I didn't have any problem falling asleep last night.  I put my head down for a minute or so and I was out!

I hope the rest of your night was uneventful and you did manage to get some sleep yourself.  I can totally understand why you'd feel like something isn't right after that call, it certainly did seem very strange.  But considering the past, it's also very normal for your mind to go into 'alert' mode after something like this.  It would seem like a very normal reaction to me.  How are you feeling about it this morning?

Oh wow!  That sound so scary!  What the heck is it with these people?!  Maybe it's a positive of having to find somewhere else that they won't know where to find you.

Hopefully the police come down hard on this person... It's definitely stalking behaviour.

I went to the shop to get a few things.  I actually left before noon so I was very impressed with myself.  I got myself some cold meat and a roll so I'm just about to make myself some lunch.

I think the police will act seriously on it, it's a very strange thing for someone to do, and clearly very threatening.

You Dr may have made it a double appointment because he may have a couple of extra things to discuss or just thinks your situation needs a bit more time.  The standard appointnents aren't very long these days so it's good that he's giving you that extra time and support.

It wouldn't be nice while fully awake either.
